The intern will assist with daily reporting, safety walks, and updating project schedules, while learning CPM concepts and coordinating with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program administration and site safety walks.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support daily/weekly activities with daily reports, schedule updates, and document tracking.
• Contribute to project scheduling and critical path understanding.
• Participate in quality assurance through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for effective communication.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to avoid disruptions.
• Engage in project team meetings and communicate updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions impacting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use construction management software to update project information.
