Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Field Operations Intern to support site teams with safety administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and daily documentation. This hands-on role provides exposure to field coordination, schedule management, and construction quality within a dynamic environment.

You will assist Superintendents and Project Managers, learn CPM concepts, review drawings, and help maintain logs, RFIs, and submittals while developing professional skills in a real project

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration and site safety walks.
• Assist with interpreting drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Help daily/weekly activities, including reports, logs, RFIs, and schedule updates.
• Understand the overall project schedule and critical path elements.
• Assist with short-term planning and milestone tracking.
• Participate in QA activities, site inspections, and material verifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and records to support communication.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to keep progress on track.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates and issues.
