Consigli Construction Co. seeks a Field Operations Intern to support field teams in safety, scheduling, and documentation. You will assist with daily reports, safety walks, quantity tracking, and schedule updates on active projects in person.

The role offers hands-on experience in field coordination within a dynamic construction environment and requires pursuing a related bachelor’s degree with basic CPM and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude for learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of CPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Assist with interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support the superintendent and project team with daily/weekly activities and reports.
• Help update project schedules and perform critical path analysis.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for clear communication.
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays.
• Attend project team meetings and communicate updates and risks.
• Observe site conditions that may impact schedule or cost.
• Utilize construction management software to track and update project info.
