Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn CM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of CPM concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program administration to support a safe site.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project docs for guidance.
• Support daily/weekly activities, reports, safety walks, and schedules.
• Develop understanding of overall project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and materials verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety rules.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication.
• Monitor deliveries and inventory to keep progress moving.
• Attend team meetings and report updates, challenges, solutions.
• Observe conditions impacting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use CM software to track and update project information.
