Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the project safety program to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Assist the assistant superintendent, superintendent, and project manager with daily and weekly activities, including preparing daily reports and updating schedules.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation to support field operations.
• Contribute to schedule analysis and monitor critical path items to keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support adherence to timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation such as daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for clear communication.
