Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson in Reynoldsburg, OH to oversee daily field operations, plan crews, enforce safety and efficiency, and coordinate with management on hiring needs and deadlines.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires a CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff, with responsibilities including equipment maintenance, reporting, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Understands drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and operate with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns daily work for the crew based on orders.
• Trains and retrains crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Secures access permissions from property owners for work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Gathers incident reports and may settle minor damage claims.
• Maintains equipment and good housekeeping on truck/worksite.
