Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, service scope, and property issues with customers.
• Obtains permissions to perform work on site.
• Maintains customer relations and timely completion of tasks.
• Keeps records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and optimizes resources.
• Furnishes reports on incidents and equipment status.
• Coordinates with forepersons and utility reps on order completion.
