Job summary

Kings III is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Coppell, TX to manage fleet administration, inventory movement, shipping logistics, and cross-functional support. You will coordinate technicians, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution.

You will maintain fleet records, coordinate assignments, manage fuel/maintenance cards, and support activation and service changes across systems. A data-driven, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• 2+ years experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, inventory control, field service, or related areas preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for technicians, carriers, fleet providers, and internal departments for fleet, inventory, shipping, and cellular support.
• Coordinate issue resolution, provide status updates, and escalate as needed.
• Identify trends and process improvements and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with implementation of new systems and operational initiatives.
