each memorable stay, we deliver a level of personal service and professional hospitality
unmatched in the private rental industry.

You'll be looking after a wide range of tasks, with our US Operations Manager in support, reliable and responsible for all daily tasks of our operations. Working as a team to ensure perfect execution of all duties is critical, so you’ll need to be ready to jump in and help where required.

As a member of the Los Angeles business unit, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning work with city colleagues and support functions.

  • You will be responsible for greeting guests to the homes when they arrive.
  • You will be the person responsible for all warehouse operations (managing inventory, preparing all items for bookings etc)
  • You will take specific care to represent the company with great professionalism when interacting with guests, homeowners and partners.
  • Team player - You’ll be part of a team that will require you to work autonomously while also supporting the company’s other departments in Los Angeles..
  • You’ll understand that reaction times (SLA) and cost efficiency can be at odds and help maintain this accordingly..
  • Supporting the manager and team on discrete projects as required.
  • This position will require you to use your personal vehicle to and from properties and to work regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours as needed
