The US HR Operations Executive will support the HR functions IT consulting and staff augmentation company for USA. This role is responsible for HR administration, compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee records management, reporting and continuous improvements. The candidate will work closely with the U.S. HR team to ensure seamless HR operations, compliance with international labor laws, and efficient HR processes foronshore employees. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to manage HR systems and reporting functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support end-to-end processes for onboarding new hires and offboarding employees, including documentation and compliance tracking.
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration in coordination with the U.S. HR team.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures adhere to labor laws and company regulations, supporting audits and compliance checks.
- Respond to HR inquiries from onshore employees, assisting with issue resolution and HR policy clarification.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Identify areas for efficiency enhancement in HR operations and contribute to automation and workflow enhancements.
- Assist with performance management tracking, training coordination, and HR engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, preferably supporting U.S.-based companies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Ceipal, EmployEz or similar).
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance support for onshore teams.
- Should have experience/knowledge working with immigration-related documents.
- Should have a good understanding of reading and modifying various contracts and agreements such as MSA (Master Services Agreement).
- Should have knowledge of US Government Bids and Proposals to handle state related registrations, documentations, and other inquiries effectively.
- Understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR policies is a plus.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills; experience with HR reporting tools is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones or flexible shifts as required.
