Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and at least 5 years of successful project management, client management, account management or customer service experience.
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sr. Manager of Operations Support and Director of Field Operations to implement systems and process improvements.
• Follow up on productivity goals per office and manage special projects needing attention.
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies, practices, and legal requirements.
• Train the Trainer and support Operational Systems training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development to design and implement strategies for client relationships.
