Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year prior dispatching experience is required.
• Currently reside within a commutable distance from Melbourne, FL.
• Ability to work the shift: Sunday through Thursday, 12:00pm–9:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate via phone and email with field personnel to schedule operations and ensure timely service.
• Maintain good relations with customers, technicians, and staff.
• Communicate and build rapport with technicians; convey trust and assurance.
• Respond to customer/technician requests and questions.
• Order, ship and track equipment needed to complete work orders.
• Update system with every communication and close billing accurately.
• Generate and maintain reports and assist with on-the-job training as needed.
