Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Reliable attendance from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient daily routes and maps using dispatch tools.
• Monitor technician availability and schedule jobs in real-time.
• Verify daily work completion and audit timesheets.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and technician calls.
• Utilize management software to maintain accurate databases.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
