• Must have leadership experience in transportation/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, regulatory compliance, and safety.
• Experience with technology-enabled performance improvements and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a safety-first culture across field operations.
• Optimize fleet utilization and terminal performance; manage staffing and maintenance programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and environmental requirements; ensure cost-effective operations.
• Partner with Sales, Supply, Logistics, and Procurement to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvements to safety, efficiency, and profitability.
