Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead bulk delivery operations, develop staff, and ensure efficient logistics performance. The role reports to the Senior Director of Bulk Logistics and focuses on safety, training, and continuous improvement across field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of operational management experience.
• Post-secondary education; logistics training is a plus.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel, Access, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture in bulk delivery and ensure training for safe logistics operations.
• Collaborate with Bulk Logistics leadership and field ops to implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Bulk Logistics Coordinators for efficiency.
• Participate as a member of the Regional Management Team.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting customer service.
• Drive data-driven route optimization and continuous improvement.
