Job summary

Flagger Force seeks a Director of Field Operations to lead all field operations within the assigned territory, ensuring safe, reliable and profitable delivery of traffic control services. You will grow the business by strengthening customer relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities, while building a high-performing leadership team.

The role emphasizes safety, accountability and continuous improvement, with collaboration across Sales, Operations Service Center and HR to scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
10+ years of management experience preferred.
Experience leading field operations or service delivery teams.
Proven track record in safety and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and accountability for all field operations within the territory.
Develop and execute territory operating plans aligning staffing, equipment and resources with demand.
Partner with Sales to develop growth strategies and qualify opportunities.
Lead Field Managers and leaders, monitor performance and develop succession plans.
Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control for profitable growth.
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
