Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking a Director of Field Operations to provide strategic leadership for all field operations within the assigned territory. You will drive safe, reliable, and profitable traffic control services while expanding customer relationships and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
10+ years of management experience preferred.
Experience in short-term traffic control or field operations a plus.
Proven leadership, communication and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for field operations within the territory.
Lead Field Managers and field leadership to meet safety, quality and performance goals.
Develop territory operating plans aligning staffing, equipment and resources with demand.
Manage budgets, forecasts and drive profitable growth.
Build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
