Job summary

Flagger Force, a leader in traffic control, seeks a Director of Field Operations to oversee field services across multiple sites. You will plan and implement policies for on-site installation, testing and troubleshooting, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will lead and empower field staff, recruit and develop teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing field operations and field teams.
• Minimum 10 years in management, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; business management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple sites in a defined territory.
• Lead and empower staff, recruit, hire, train, and evaluate field teams.
• Develop sales strategies, set objectives, budgets, and guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Establish forecasts and budgets for field projects.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
