Your Job

Masen, a Koch owned and operated IoT services startup, is seeking a Field Operations Director to join our growing team. The role involves managing IoT project installations, maintenance activities, and unplanned event responses on IoT monitoring devices at industrial sites across the country.

The location is preferably in Atlanta, Dallas, or Charlotte, but remote candidates in any U.S. location are welcome. The role requires approximately 60% travel to industrial sites nationwide.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000.

Masen helps industrial operators implement and manage automated data collection infrastructure using IoT devices, communication protocols, and support services to generate insights and enhance operational efficiency. What You Will Do

1. Lead and own Masen’s nationwide field operations, ensuring excellence and accountability.
2. Manage and develop the field operations technicians, fostering a high-performing team.
3. Oversee work conducted by third-party contractors, maintaining quality standards.
4. Support the Commercial Team by managing customer communications related to field operations.
5. Validate all in-field work, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance.
6. Collaborate with Business Operations to align schedules and workflows.
7. Work alongside your team in the field when necessary to ensure success.
8. Drive operational excellence and deliver measurable impacts across the country.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Experience overseeing IoT or advanced monitoring systems installation and maintenance in industrial settings.
2. Knowledge of industrial infrastructure, installation methodologies, E&I, and safety standards.
3. Experience supporting and executing project schedules.
4. Ability to manage work activities at a national level.
5. Experience leading industrial contractors.
6. Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments.
