Job summary

Geronimo Power seeks an Operations Procurement Specialist in Bloomington, MN (HQ) to manage procurement of materials, equipment, rentals, training, spare parts, and services for operating renewable energy facilities. You will oversee PO lifecycle, receiving and invoice resolution, and supplier onboarding with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, finance or operations.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and working with suppliers.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process procurement requests for materials, equipment, rentals, and services for operating renewable energy facilities.
• Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and organize supplier responses for evaluation.
• Create and manage purchase orders and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on scope, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Track open orders and resolve delivery, receiving, and invoicing issues.
