Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Field Services Intern for Summer 2027 in Bloomington, MN. You will support Environmental, Health & Safety and Operations programs across our renewable energy projects, gaining hands-on exposure to safety systems, data reporting, and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Interest in renewable energy, field operations, or safety and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining records within Operations and EHS systems.
• Support data collection from operating sites and review information for completeness.
• Assist with recurring Operations, maintenance, contractor, EHS, environmental, and sustainability reporting activities.
• Help maintain spreadsheets, scorecards, dashboards, and Power BI reports used to monitor performance across the fleet.
• Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and fleet initiative tracking.
