Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work.
• Conducts field training and retraining.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA/company policy.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and property issues with owners.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Promotes good customer relations through quality work.
• Maintains records and reports of crew performance.
• Ensures DOT maintenance/inspection on vehicles.
• Keeps equipment and job sites clean and orderly.
• Reports incidents and equipment breakdowns.
