Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead a field crew, plan daily work, and ensure safe, efficient execution of utility-related tasks. You will receive orders from a General Foreperson and translate them into actionable assignments on site.

Ideally you bring strong communication and leadership, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic field, and a valid driver license to operate company vehicles. Ongoing training and safety compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide a crew.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities in field operations.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle per policy and training.
• Comfort with interpreting orders and adapting to field requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining and instructs crew on new tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per policy.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners.
• Obtains permissions to perform required work from property owners.
• Maintains customer relations through effective completion of tasks.
• Keeps records, timesheets, and reports for crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and allocates resources efficiently.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed, crew time, and incidents.
