Job summary

RDE Capital Group LLC is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support offsite property management across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The role emphasizes inspections, coordinating make-ready work, coordinating with maintenance, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and willing to learn in a fast-paced real estate environment with growth opportunities. A valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable driving throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex daily.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-out inspections and document property conditions with photos and notes.
• Coordinate make-ready and punch-out processes and follow up on repairs.
• Communicate professionally with property owners, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Upload inspection reports and estimates into company software and maintain documentation.
