Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks an experienced REO Pre-Marketing Coordinator to manage residential REO assets from assignment through market readiness. You will coordinate inspections, property preservation, repairs, valuations, utilities, vendor relationships, and compliance to ensure successful disposition.

The role requires collaboration with asset managers, listing agents, clients, and internal teams to meet timelines and budget while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of REO, default servicing, mortgage servicing, asset management, or property preservation experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections and occupancy statuses, establish timelines, and update asset management systems.
• Review preservation bids; oversee repairs, securing, trash-out, cleaning, landscaping, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate utility activation, transfer, and maintenance to support inspections and marketing readiness.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, timelines, vendor performance, and property-related expenses.
• Serve as primary liaison among asset managers, listing agents, clients, vendors, municipalities, and internal departments.
