Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support operational execution of projects across the Florida region, ensuring data integrity and adherence to JRM standards from setup to closeout.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage Procore administration, oversee field documentation, material procurement, labor coordination, and project closeout, enabling efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Field Operations
• Align field leadership with operational standards and project priorities
• Organize and document project kickoff meetings
• Review and approve new project entries for complete setup
• Own project setup and data integrity across the lifecycle
• Maintain project teams and changes in Project Creator
• Set up Day 2 and Maintenance job numbers
• Serve as Florida Procore Administrator and manage access
• Manage field compliance reports, logs, and documentation
• Coordinate field operations and procurement with vendors
• Oversee labor timesheets and payroll coordination
• Support project closeout and punch list processes
