Job summary

JRM Construction Management, LLC. is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support project execution across the Florida region and ensure data integrity from setup to closeout.

You will work with Directors of Field Operations and Project Management, organize kickoff meetings, manage Procore administration, and coordinate documentation, procurement, and field compliance to drive efficient project performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Field Operations.
• Organize and document project kickoff meetings for upcoming projects.
• Own project setup and data integrity within systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set up Day 2 and Maintenance job numbers as required in Project Creator.
• Serve as the Florida Procore Administrator and manage project documentation and user permissions.
• Review weekly superintendent compliance with operational standards and report deficiencies.
