Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and site documentation.
• Review submittals and entry in file systems.
• Track RFI’s & Submittals and maintain logs.
• Coordinate change orders and assist with budget tracking.
• Collaborate with project team and field staff.
• Support jobsite activities and deliveries as needed.
• Assist with take-offs and labor/material cost estimation.
• Ensure pricing and contractual compliance for subcontractors.
• Monitor project budget against approvals and forecasts.
• Provide financial close-out information for projects.
