Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support operational execution of projects, ensuring data integrity and efficiency from setup through closeout.

You will collaborate with the Director of Field Operations and Project Management, manage Procore and project records, handle field compliance, procurement, payroll coordination, and project closeout tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field operations and project data
• Proficiency with construction project software tools (e.g., Procore)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Field Operations
• Ensure alignment with operational standards and project execution priorities
• Organize and document project kickoff meetings for upcoming projects
• Review and approve new project entries to ensure complete setup
• Enter and maintain project team changes in project systems
• Set up and maintain Day 2 and maintenance job numbers
• Serve as Florida Procore Administrator and manage project documentation
• Maintain project contacts and permissions across stakeholders
• Assist with field compliance, reporting, and payroll coordination
• Support project closeout and documentation completion
