Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred in CM/Engineering.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial construction a plus; K‑12 construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Superintendent in daily field operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor schedules to meet milestones.
• Document progress, quality issues, and meetings in Procore.
