Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Field Operations support role for its Mobile Vet Service – Community Clinics. The position focuses on coordinating field office processes, inventory and vehicle readiness to enable efficient clinic operations and customer service.

You will assist with inventory control, document management, and coordination with field managers. A high school diploma and valid license are required, with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills essential for

Experience with pets and handling is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist with management of field office operational processes including administrative facilities and inventory.
Maintain office/clinic organization and supplies; ensure proper inventory receipt and storage.
Support field operations; participate in weeknight and weekend clinics and rig work.
Ensure rigs are stocked, cleaned, and ready for use; assist with van maintenance.
