Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a Field Operations Assistant to support our field offices and clinics. You will help manage operational processes, organize offices and warehouses, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation across rigs and clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and customer-service skills to support weekly clinics and field operations. Occasional long hours and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with pets or veterinary services preferred.
• Reliable and professional in customer service contexts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of field office operational processes.
• Assist with office and warehouse organization and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory receipt and verification; maintain records.
• Maintain documentation and supplies for clinic operations.
• Support weekend clinics and operating rigs.
• Drive company vehicle for long hours and varied terrain.
• Ensure rig readiness; manage vaccines and lot numbers.
• Coordinate with Field Operations Manager to ensure consistent procedures.
• Participate in training initiatives.
• Work schedule per business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
