Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and VIP Petcare MVR Check
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service sales experience
• Comfort with handling and educating customers about our clinics

Responsibilities

• Collect payment, dispense and label medications, and review discharge paperwork with pet parents
• Safely restrain pets for vaccines and wellness procedures
• Drive vans to clinics and manage loading/unloading
• Recommend services and products based on pet lifestyle
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment
• Manage inventory and expiry dates for vaccines and products
• Provide customer service and assist clients through the clinic process
• Scan pets for microchips and prepare vaccines for canines and felines
• Establish relationships with pet parents and partners
• Other duties as assigned
