Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary, retail, or mobile service settings.
• Customer service or sales experience in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations in the field.
• Document pet health information and services in clinic systems.
• Review discharge instructions, handle payments, and label/dispense medications.
• Safely restrain pets during vaccinations, microchips, and nail trims.
• Drive the mobile clinic van and manage setup/breakdown at locations.
• Mentor Veterinary Clinic Assistants with coaching and feedback.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care and product recommendations.
• Track inventory, vaccine expirations, and restock supplies.
• Ensure safety protocols and represent VIP Petcare’s values professionally.
