Job summary

Tractor Supply Company, in partnership with VIP Petcare, seeks a Mobile Veterinary Supervisor to lead field clinic teams. The role blends hands-on pet care coordination with leadership responsibilities, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and strong customer experiences.

You will mentor staff, manage workflows, and drive adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with the VIP Petcare team across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in veterinary, retail, or mobile service settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; education + experience considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinic operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized clinic experience.
• Document pet health information, services provided, and behavioral notes in clinic systems.
• Assist pet parents with discharge instructions, payments, and labeling/dispensing medications.
• Restrain pets safely during wellness services (vaccinations, microchips, nail trims).
• Drive and support setup/breakdown of the mobile clinic van at locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfect surfaces and equipment after each patient.
• Mentor Veterinary Clinic Assistants with guidance and feedback.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care and product recommendations.
• Track inventory levels, vaccine expirations, and restocking needs.
