Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a clinic team member to support pet health services and customer care in a mobile/clinic setting. You will assist with vaccines, microchips, and wellness procedures while ensuring a safe, clean environment and accurate paperwork.

Role requires 18+ with driver’s license and prior customer service experience; HS diploma or equivalent. Flexibility for weekends and variable shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and VIP Petcare Pass MVR Check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service sales experience preferred.
• Navigate computer software (iPad, Bluetooth devices and more).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a team to meet goals and objectives.
• Comfort educating customers about our clinics.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect payment, dispense and label medication, and review discharge paperwork with pet parents.
• Safely restrain / hold pets for wellness procedures including vaccines, nail trims and microchipping.
• Collect and prepare blood and fecal samples for laboratory testing.
• Drive vans to and from clinics responsibly; load and unload the vans.
• Provide customer service to pet parents and guide them through the clinic process.
• Achieve goals set by management including dollars per pet and products sold.
• Scan pets for microchips and prepare canine and feline vaccines.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with pet parents and partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
