Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking an Operations Associate to support field office operations and mobile clinic activities. You will assist with inventory control, office and warehouse organization, and ensure rigs and vehicles are ready for daily use.

The role requires handling animals, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work long hours including weekends. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential to coordinate with field managers and clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling pets and customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work long hours including weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of field office operational processes including administrative facilities, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with office and warehouse organization and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory receipt and accuracy, ensuring proper storage and distribution.
• Support field operations and clinic center activities; communicate with Field Operations Manager to ensure consistent P&Ps.
• Participate in training initiatives for field office locations and clinics.
• Support weeknight and weekend clinics and rig operations and vehicle maintenance.
