Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Field Operations Consultant to conduct objective evaluations of restaurant performance, focusing on customer experience and brand standards. You will protect the brand by identifying issues and support excellence through training, certification, and franchisee coaching.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to travel frequently for evaluations and visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective evaluations to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and brand standards.
• Protect the McDonald's brand by identifying issues that may pose risks to customer experience and brand perceptions.
• Support operational excellence by identifying restaurants that do not meet McDonald's QSC / safety standards.
• Develop a holistic restaurant operations skill set through ongoing training, learning, and certification in assigned area of expertise.
• Build deep expertise in Restaurant Operations and provide coaching and root cause analysis to Franchisees.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support restaurants on specific operations initiatives (Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital, etc.).
• Use system knowledge to drive guest counts, sales, and cashflow by supporting initiatives and Owner/Operator priorities.
• Collaborate with Franchise Business Partners to develop a full consulting toolkit, monitor goals and metrics, and drive business results.
