Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations (e.g., Health & Safety, Operations Excellence) across restaurants.
• Protect the McDonald’s brand by identifying issues affecting experience and brand perception.
• Support operational excellence by flagging non-compliance with QSC/safety standards.
• Develop restaurant operations skills through training and certification.
• Coach franchisees with root-cause analysis and guidance on initiatives.
• Act as SME to support restaurants on initiatives (Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital).
• Utilize data and observations to drive guest counts, sales, and cash flow.
