Job summary

Axillon Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator responsible for organizing and synchronizing job activities between field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratory and customers.

You will ensure work requirements are met with qualified employees and relay customer requests across teams. You'll prepare and distribute reports, keep management informed of issues impacting customers, and represent the company at industry functions to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Bachelors’ or Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job activities between field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratory and customers.
• Communicate with dispatcher and operations to ensure work requirements are met with qualified employees.
• Relay customer requests to field and laboratory staff.
• Distribute updates and final communications per customer requirements and AmSpec policy.
• Prepare and distribute reports including final wires and invoices.
• Inform Operations Manager/Supervisor of problems affecting customers.
• Represent the company at industry functions to improve service levels.
• Assist Operations Manager/Supervisor in enforcing company policy with field staff.
