Job summary

Armstrong World Industries is seeking an Axiom Project Coordinator to provide sales support and customer service across the AXIOM product line. You will process orders, interpret CAD/BOMs, price items, and collaborate with planning, CAD, and Field Sales to resolve issues and ensure smooth order flow.

This role requires 2-3 years of customer service and strong PC skills; experience with SAP, Navision, and Salesforce is helpful. Located in Lancaster, PA, the position is full-time with <10% travel and no relocation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience with custom product order management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP/Navision/Salesforce experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy and pricing; ensure quotations are in place.
• Process orders and create material IDs and sales orders in SAP.
• Handle Quote-to-Order workflow in Salesforce.
• Respond to Field Sales inquiries and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Collaborate with planners and CAD team for accurate pricing and entry.
