Axillon Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to organize and synchronize all job-related activities between field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratory and customers in the New Jersey area.

The role emphasizes clear communication with the dispatcher, relaying customer requests and ensuring timely reports and invoices, while representing the company at industry events and supporting policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the dispatcher, field staff, operations, and customers to meet work requirements.
• Relay the customer’s requests to field and laboratory staff.
• Distribute updates and final communications according to customer requirements and AmSpec policy.
• Prepare and distribute all reports, including final wires and invoices.
• Inform the Operations Manager/Supervisor of issues that could affect customers.
• Represent the company at industry functions to improve levels of work from customers.
• Assist the Operations Manager/Supervisor in ensuring adherence to company policy by the field staff.
