Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and able to learn CM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical docs.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with CPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to maintain a safe, compliant site.
• Assist with interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project docs.
• Help with daily/weekly activities: reports, safety walks, quantity reports, schedules.
• Develop understanding of the project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short‑term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA inspections and material verifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety rules.
• Maintain logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for clear communication.
• Monitor on‑site deliveries and inventory to keep progress steady.
• Join project team meetings and report updates and challenges.
• Observe and report conditions affecting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize construction management software to track project data.
