Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis and job site documentation. This in-person role provides hands-on field coordination and exposure to construction management.

You’ll assist Superintendents and Project Managers, develop schedules, review drawings, and help maintain project records while gaining practical experience in a dynamic field operations environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preference for Civil Engineering or construction-focused programs).

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program administration and site safety walks.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support daily/weekly activities: reports, schedules, quantity tracking.
• Develop understanding of project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support timelines and safety.
• Maintain project documentation (daily logs, RFIs, submittals).
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory.
• Attend project team meetings and communicate updates.
