Job summary

Auto-Chlor Services, LLC seeks a Branch Manager for our Irving, TX location. This hands-on role oversees daily routes, account executives, production, warehouse, supervisors and office staff, driving growth, sales and profitability of the branch.

You will manage budgets, set prices, plan promotions, coach staff and ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting customer needs in a fast-paced, service-driven market. 10–20% travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-7 years of related experience.
• 1-4 years of sales experience.
• 1-4 years of management experience.
• Computer skills.
• CDL.
• Clean and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments involved with production, pricing, sales, or distribution.
• Review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and assigning duties.
• Direct financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize investments.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures in consultation with leadership.
• Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions with other department heads.
• Set prices and credit terms based on forecasts of customer demand.
• Monitor operations to ensure services are provided within budgetary limits.
• Manage branch routes, ARs, and coordination of new sales and installations.
• Project sales, order equipment, parts, and chemicals while managing branch budget.
• Support team members with tools to succeed.
