Auto-Chlor Services, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Florida to oversee the restaurant service branch, field routes, account executives, production, warehouse, and staff. This hands-on, customer-facing position requires leadership, budget awareness, scheduling, and strong decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–7 years of related experience in management or branch leadership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a field operations environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee activities related to making products or providing services.
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments involved in production, pricing, sales, or distribution.
• Review financial statements and reports to measure productivity and drive cost reductions.
• Manage staff, schedules, and assign duties.
• Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency.
• Establish policies, goals, and procedures with leadership.
