Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Services is partnering with an established Stockton area organization to hire a Branch Supervisor. The role leads field teams, coordinates daily operations, and ensures high-quality service across the office, yard, and field.

You will supervise employees, manage routing/scheduling, maintain safety standards, and support fleet coordination while working closely with branch leadership to meet goals and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• Experience supervising field-based employees or routes.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch employees to ensure routes and service commitments are met.
• Coordinate staffing, routing, scheduling, and field coverage.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and direction to field employees.
