Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Branch Manager in Stockton to lead the local operation. You will own the branch’s performance, develop and coach staff, and work across offices, yard, and field to ensure top-tier service and profitability.

Expect hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with sales and fleet, and regular travel to local sites. A strong operational background and a valid California driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Branch management or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience in field-service, route-based, logistics, construction, or similar operations.
• Understanding of revenue, costs, productivity and profitability.
• Strong leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Customer-service orientation and issue resolution.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptability to routing/field tech.
• California driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Own the branch’s operational and financial performance with focus on revenue and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Partner with branch supervisors to meet daily commitments safely and on schedule.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience with field checks and sales input.
• Analyze performance to identify improvements in productivity, service and profitability.
• Manage staffing: interviewing, hiring, reviews, development, and corrective action.
• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and daily field operations coverage.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance, and fleet coordination.
