Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, scheduling, and coordinating all construction activities.
• Travel to active project sites to support field operations and meetings.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Attend and document weekly project calls with action items and decisions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely materials and services.
• Track change orders and maintain documentation of scope, cost, and schedule impacts.
• Support preconstruction activities and site assessments.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for compliance.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Compile closeout documentation and final reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports for stakeholders.
