Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of building/construction management experience.
• OSHA site safety experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate project scheduling and cost reporting.
• Review change orders and document project costs.
• Assist with RFI processing, submittals, and shop drawing reviews.
• Support project closeout and quality control.
